Zhang Yao Ting

Styles: Mizhongquan, Taizu Changquan.

Not much is known about Zhang Yao-Ting other than he was a bodyguard of Liu Yun-Qiao's grandfather and was an expert in Mizhongquan (Lost-Track Boxing) and Taizu Changquan (Song Emperor's Long Fist). He is responsible for improving the health of the young Liu Yun-Qiao. Liu was sick most of his childhood and was quite close to death on several occasions. Zhang who was also skilled in Chinese medicine took care of Liu Yun-Qiao and annointed him with herbs until he slowly became healthy. After Liu Yun-Qiao became strong enough, he introduced his martial arts to Liu Yun-Qiao. Grandmaster Liu Yun-Qiao credits much of his care-free and non-materialistic attitude to Zhang.
